A bus hit the curb at
Stockholm

Sweden
and killed a number of people, Friday (14/11) afternoon local time.
The incident took place during rush hour in Stockholm.The bus crashed into a queue at a bus stop in the city center.
“There were injured victims and victims who died in the incident. The police are currently not commenting on the number, gender or age of the victims,” said local police in a statement released

A number of images broadcast by Swedish media showed a crowd of police, ambulances and emergency vehicles at the scene.
A number of officers were seen crouching around the bus as if trying to help people trapped under it.
Swedish Police Spokesperson Nadya Norton said the cause of the accident was not yet known.
“The investigation will determine what happened. It’s too early to discuss it and I don’t want to speculate,” said Norton.
He said the bus driver had been detained.Police have also opened an investigation into suspected murder.
“We need to question him, then we’ll see if he’ll be released or detained,” Norton said.
