Danantara Indonesia Senior Director of Business Performance & Assets Optimization Bhimo Aryanto said that initially the BUMN merger was targeted to be completed in 2027.

According to him, Danantara will consolidate the business of 1,067 companies, leaving around 250 BUMNs and their descendants remaining.Bhimo ensured that there would be no layoffs in the middle of the BUMN merger process.
“We actually want 1,067 of these stages
