“It is estimated that he has been dead for 6 to 7 days,” said Tangerang Police Chief Commissioner Andi Muhammad Indra Waspada Amirullah when contacted, Wednesday (19/11).
Indra said that currently the body is in the process of being identified at the Balaraja Regional Hospital.However, the identification process experienced problems, because the victim’s fingerprints could not be read.

“I’ve tried fingerprints and they don’t come out, because he’s been dead for a long time,” he said.
Previously, residents of Kampung Bunder, Cikupa District, Tangerang Regency were shocked by the discovery of the body of an unidentified man in a rotting condition in the bushes of a banana plantation, Tuesday (18/11) morning.
The discovery of the body began when residents who wanted to check the land not far from the location smelled a strong odor.Residents admitted that the unpleasant smell had started to smell the day before.
“Residents then found a black plastic bag containing parts of a human head. Then the residents reported it to the sub-district and it was forwarded to the Cikupa Police,” said Indra in his statement.
