) ensure the accounts of each Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit partner (
SPPG
) will never be empty starting January 2026.
Head of BGN Dadan Hindayana said his party will use a budget of IDR 900 billion per day starting January 1 2026.
“We will send money or use IDR 900 billion per day,” said Dadan at the National Leadership Meeting of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry at Park Hyatt, Central Jakarta, Monday (1/12).

He explained that from this figure, 85 percent of the daily budget would be used to purchase raw materials for free nutritious meals (MBG).
“So, 85 percent of the IDR 900 billion is used to buy raw materials. The raw materials are 95 to 99 percent agricultural products. Then, 10.5 percent is used to pay working mothers and fathers (SPPG officers). So, this is quite a big economic boost,” he added.
Furthermore, Dadan emphasized that each SPPG partner’s virtual account will automatically be refilled with IDR 500 million if it has been used or reduced.
“Every time an SPPG is operational, the money will always be in the virtual account. We will top it up with IDR 500 million. So if it decreases by IDR 300 million, it will automatically return to IDR 500 million. And that will happen forever,” he explained.
Furthermore, he said that in the future SPPG partners will not need to propose financial proposals, they will only need to report the use of money every month.
“So there will no longer be any partners (SPPG) who have to propose proposals every month. But, report the use of money every month because we will fill the virtual account automatically,” he said.
On the same occasion, Dadan said that the 2026 BGN budget had been set at IDR 335 trillion, with a reserve fund of IDR 67 trillion.
“The BGN ceiling has been decided. It is worth IDR 268 trillion with a reserve fund of IDR 67 trillion so that in 2026, the BGN budget will be approximately IDR 335 trillion,” said Dadan.
