National Nutrition Agency (

) said there were 19 victims who were currently being treated after being hit by a car which allegedly belonged to the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) and was carrying free nutritious food (
MBG
) at SDN 01 Kalibaru, Cilincing, North Jakarta.
“19 victims are being treated in two hospitals,” said Deputy Head of BGN Nanik S. Deyang when confirmed, Thursday (11/12).
Based on preliminary information, Nanik said there were no fatalities in the accident.

“Current information is that no one has died,” said Nanik.
Previously, a car suspected of carrying free nutritious food (MBG) hit students at SDN 01 Kalibaru, Cilincing, North Jakarta who were carrying out activities on the school field on Thursday (11/12).
In the video circulating on social media, panic can be seen at the location after the incident.A number of teachers and residents were seen trying to help the victim.
Based on the information in the upload, it is suspected that the incident was triggered by driver negligence.It is suspected that the driver wanted to step on the brake pedal, but instead he stepped on the gas pedal.
Regarding this incident, the Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Dadan Hindayana said that currently the team is heading to the location of the incident.
“The BGN team is at the location,” said Dadan briefly.
Meanwhile, Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Budi Hermanto said the car driver had been detained for questioning.
“The driver has been arrested,” he said.
