) says as many as 74
judge
receive sanctions, ranging from light to heavy, throughout 2025.
“In 2025, there will be 19 judges with heavy sentences, 12 with medium sentences, 43 with light sentences, for a total of 74 judges,” said Suradi in a meeting with Commission III, at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (18/11).

Those who received sanctions, the details were 1 person with moderate sanctions and 3 people with light sanctions.
“Ad hoc judges, heavy sentences are empty, medium sentences are 1, light sentences are 3, a total of 4,” he said.
Furthermore, said Suradi, for the clerks there were 3 people who received heavy sentences, 2 people received medium sentences, and 6 people received light sentences, for a total of 11 people.
Then there were 10 secretaries who were subject to sanctions, with details of 2 people being given heavy punishments, 1 person being given a medium punishment, and 7 people being given light punishments.
Then several other officials who were subject to sanctions, namely, 10 young clerks, 10 bailiffs, 6 substitute clerks or substitute bailiffs.
For structural officials, 2 people had medium sentences and 7 people had light sentences.Meanwhile, for functional officials, 1 person received a moderate sentence.
For implementing staff, 5 people had heavy sentences, 9 people had medium sentences, and 6 people had light sentences.Furthermore, for PPNBN, there were 4 people with heavy penalties and 3 light penalties.
Thus, a total of 176 received disciplinary punishment.
Suradi explained that the number of judges and court officials who were subject to disciplinary sanctions would decrease from 2024.
“This has indeed decreased slightly from 2024, from 2024 to December there were 244 people who were disciplined,” he said.
