as interim Main Director after Yusuf Saadudin died.
This announcement was made by Bank BJB in the disclosure of information on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, Monday (17/11).
“On November 15 2025, the Company has appointed Mr. Ayi Subarna, who currently serves as Director of Operations and Information Technology, to act as Substitute Director for the President Director,” explained management.

Management said Ayi will be the interim President Director for a period of six months or until the definitive President Director becomes effective based on Directors’ Decree Number 0565/SK/DIR-CSE/2025 dated November 15 2025 concerning the Division of Duties and Authorities of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah West Java and Banten Tbk.
President Director of Bank BJB Yusuf Saadudin previously died on Friday (14/11) in Bandung, West Java.
This sad news was confirmed by the Head of the Corporate Secretary Division of Bank BJB, Herfinia.

Yusuf Saadudin was appointed as President Director of Bank BJB at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held on Wednesday (16/4).
At the GMS, Yusuf Saadudin was promoted from his previous position, namely Director of Consumer and Retail at Bank BJB 2024-2025.
Yusuf was appointed as Acting Managing Director on March 11 2025, replacing Yuddy Renaldi, who resigned due to corruption issues.
