will be present in person at the first hearing of his divorce lawsuit against the former Governor of West Java (West Java) Ridwan Kamil alias Emil or RK.
This was conveyed by the Head of Atalia’s Legal Team, Debi Agusfriansa, Tuesday (16/12).The first divorce trial between the Golkar politician duo is planned to be held at the Bandung City Religious Court (PA), West Java, Wednesday (17/12) tomorrow.
Regarding Atalia Praratya’s presence at the first trial, Debi said that so far it was still planned that she would attend in person.However, he continued, the certainty of attendance still depends on the official schedule in question.

“For the time being, it is still scheduled for Ms. Atalia to attend tomorrow. However, we are also still waiting for her official schedule,” explained Debi when contacted.
Debi emphasized that Atalia had given full trust to the legal team to represent and assist in the divorce lawsuit process.
“She (Atalia) said that she really respects the legal process and trial which will take place tomorrow,” he said.
Until this news was written, there had been no official statement from Ridwan Kamil regarding the trial agenda or the main case that would be discussed in court.
It was previously reported that Atalia filed for divorce against her husband, Ridwan Kamil, at PA Bandung last week.
When confirmed earlier this week, the Bandung City PA Registrar, Dede Supriadi, confirmed that the divorce case had been registered.
“Yes, that’s right, it was registered between last Thursday or Friday [last Sunday],” said Dede when confirmed by telephone, Monday (15/12).
However, Dede has not revealed the details of the divorce lawsuit.He said that the trial agenda would be held in the near future, while further information would be provided by Bandung City PA Public Relations.
Atalia and Ridwan Kamil are known to have married on December 7 1996. From that marriage, the two of them were blessed with two children, namely the late Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz and Camillia Laetitia Azzzahra.In 2020, the couple also adopted a boy named Arkana Aidan Misbach.
Ridwan Kamil’s name has recently come into the public spotlight following allegations of a personal relationship with Instagram celebrity Lisa Mariana.This claim was reported to the police.However, the results of the DNA test carried out by Bareskrim Polri stated that the DNA of the child in question was not identical to Ridwan Kamil.
