agreed to divorce after undergoing mediation in a series of divorce trials at the Bandung Religious Court.
Atalia Praratya’s lawyer, Debi Agusfriansa, emphasized that there was no third party behind the divorce agreement between her client and Ridwan Kamil.
“Because we happen to be the plaintiff, we are the ones who wrote the contents of the lawsuit, we make sure that in the contents of the lawsuit there is no such thing as a third party. So this is pure, yes, this separation is purely because of the wishes of both parties,” he said, Friday (19/12).

“Mrs. Atalia also said that people must respect each other because this is a matter of privacy. So we hope that in the future we will pray for each other so that this is the best for you and your mother,” she added.
Deby said that his client and Ridwan Kamil had also agreed to raise their children together.
“Basically, they agreed to part ways on good terms. Second, they will respect each other and will also look after the children together,” he said.
Atalia and Ridwan Kamil’s agreement to divorce was announced directly by their two teams of lawyers in Bandung, Friday evening, after undergoing mediation, and finally agreed to end their marriage.
“We would like to convey that today, this afternoon to be precise, mediation in the case registered by Mrs. Atalia has been carried out, and was attended directly by the principals (Atalia and Ridwan Kamil) with a mediator from the Religious Court,” said Ridwan Kamil’s lawyer, Wenda Aluwi.
“The result is that several agreements have been agreed. And another thing is that the mediation will then move to the trial agenda, then normatively the divorce will be carried out well together until the court finally decides,” he added.
Atalia Praratya officially filed for divorce against her husband, Ridwan Kamil, amidst the former Governor of West Java being involved in a long drama with Instagram celebrity Lisa Mariana since the beginning of this year.
The lawsuit was filed at the Bandung City District Court (PN).
Neither Atalia nor RK have yet to speak out regarding their divorce trial.Married since 1996 and has two children.
Although Bareskrim Polri has stated that the DNA test results do not show that Lisa’s child is identical to RK.After these results, Lisa is now a suspect for alleged defamation.
At the same time, he was also a suspect at the West Java Regional Police in the alleged pornographic video case.
However, Lisa has not been detained so far even though she has undergone several examinations.On the other hand, Lisa’s civil lawsuit at the Bandung District Court has also been rejected.The decision was published online on Monday (8/12).
Atalia and RK are currently both Golkar politicians.Atalia is a member of Commission VIII DPR which is in charge of religious and social affairs.
