became one of the gold contributors to the Indonesian contingent in
SEA Games 2025
on Friday (19/12) afternoon.
Aldila/Janice became champions in women’s doubles tennis.In the final match, Aldila/Janice defeated the host’s mainstay Mananchaya Samangkaew/Peangtarn Plipuech with a convincing score of 6-2 and 6-1.
Aldila welcomed the success of winning gold.The reason is that they were sick after donating gold in the women’s team sector.

“Yes, of course we are happy, especially since we both fell ill after the team round and we were able to recover day by day. And thank God, we were both able to give our maximum performance in the final and were able to win the third gold in tennis,” said Aldila when interviewed by hitclubapk3Indonesia TV in Bangkok.
“Yes, I definitely feel happy, being able to win today and being able to perform well too, being able to finish with gold at the SEA Games this time,” said Janice.
In fact, Janice had previously withdrawn from the women’s singles semifinals which took place on Tuesday (16/12) because she experienced physical problems.
Before competing in the individual event, Aldila and Janice worked together to win gold in the women’s team sector with Priska Madelyn Nugroho, Anjali Kirana Junarto, Meydiana Laviola Reinnamah, and Mischka Sinclaire Goenadi.
Indonesia won three gold medals in tennis.Apart from gold in the women’s team and women’s doubles, the men’s team team also donated gold thanks to Christopher Rungkat and friends.
