After officially divorcing, the relationship between
Tasya Farasya
and Ahmad Assegaf were also marred by other legal problems that were no less serious.
Tasya Farasya revealed that there was an alleged criminal act of embezzlement of company money with a fantastic amount, estimated at tens of billions of rupiah, which occurred in the period 2021 to 2022.
This case is now entering a new phase after Ahmad Assegaf’s party showed good faith in resolving it.

Tasya Farasya’s legal team, M. Fattah Riphat and Sangun Ragahdo, explained that the summons they had served had been responded to in a meeting between lawyers.
During the meeting, Ahmad Assegaf was cooperative and acknowledged the alleged incident, and stated his intention to settle the obligation to pay the loss.
“They said there was a calculation too. But in any case, they agreed that the incident occurred,” said M. Fattah Riphat, as reported
Sec
, Wednesday (12/11).
Currently, both parties are in the negotiation process to reach an agreement regarding the total nominal loss.Tasya Farasya believes the loss figure will reach tens of billions.
“Tens of billions. Because the figure isn’t there yet, we haven’t found it yet. So, we have a calculation and we believe in it,” said Fattah.
The latest progress, namely the acknowledgment and promise to pay from Ahmad Assegaf, has made Tasya Farasya’s legal team temporarily refrain from taking further legal steps, such as reporting this case to the police. They chose to prioritize the discussion path as long as the other party was still cooperative.
“Indeed, we want to be paid. The submission is that up to now we want to be paid. So as long as we are still cooperative, we will try to do it first,” said Fattah Riphat.
Sangun Ragahdo added that after the initial meeting, Ahmad Assegaf’s party asked for time to carry out their version of the internal calculation.Tasya Farasya is now waiting for the results of these calculations as a basis for agreeing on the final figures and payment scheme.
“So we just met, they admitted, yes, then they plan to pay, okay, let’s calculate it first,” said Sangun Ragahdo.
Tasya Farasya appreciates this good faith and chose a non-legal settlement route.”It’s okay, go report the police, report the police. If we can finish it, we’ll talk about it first,” concluded M. Fattah Riphat.
