Banda Aceh, Muammar Gaddafi, lost contact after flash floods hit the Aceh region.
As of Sunday (30/11) evening, Gaddafi’s wife and children could not be contacted.For this reason, the player immediately returned to his hometown in Idi, East Aceh.
Gaddafi said the cellular network in East Aceh was not yet functioning.Because of this, local residents have difficulty providing information or knowing developments in the refugee situation.

“I haven’t been able to communicate with my children, wife and family in the village for five days. The whole of East Aceh has no network. I don’t even know where to evacuate,” said Gaddafi.
The flood situation in East Aceh is indeed one of the most severe.Thousands of houses were reportedly flooded and a number of villages were isolated.Infrastructure damage was enormous.
“I went home today [Sunday, 30/11] to look for my family, but I also don’t know where to look,” said Gaddafi as quoted from the official Persiraja website on Monday (1/12).
Because of this, Persiraja Management expressed full empathy and support for Gaddafi.The club understands the emergency situations faced by players, especially now that the team is on holiday.
“There are several families and parents of players who are affected. We continue to collect information because communication and electricity networks to the affected areas are still cut off,” wrote Persiraja.
Persiraja emphasized that the safety of players and their families is the main priority.The club continues to monitor conditions and coordinate to ensure the entire team is safe.
The club also invites all the people of Aceh and supporters of Laskar Rencong to pray for the safety of the people of Aceh and all areas affected by the disaster.
