Hearing of the application to determine the deceased’s heirs

Zaki and Aji Darmaji admitted that they did not know the whereabouts of the late Mpok Alpa’s eldest child, even though Shely was said to already know about the trial schedule.
“This is what we don’t know. Why is he suddenly not at home, there’s no news yet. Meanwhile, today there really is a need for him, right,” said Aji Darmaji as reported

“Regarding this trial, like it or not, we have to attend Sister Sherly. So we are looking for Sister Sherly first, where is she at now and we will come back later,” said Zaki Ramdani.

Regarding this situation, Aji Darmaji denied that the conflict or rejection from the late Mpok Alpa’s first child was not good.He ensures that their relationship is good, like father and son.
Sherly is the child of Mpok Alpa’s previous marriage to Aji Darmaji.
“It’s fine, our communication is good, the relationship between father and son is good like that. That’s why there’s no rain, no wind, suddenly the child has no news,” said Aji Darmaji.
The court then arranged for the trial of the application to determine heirship to be postponed and rescheduled.Aji Darmaji is expected to communicate with Sherly to appear as an applicant at the next trial.
“So next week, on the 18th (December), hopefully Sis Sherly can be communicated with again,” said Zaki Ramdani.
“Pak Aji can contact Ms Sherly again, we can present her as an applicant at the next trial,” he emphasized.
The application was previously made because many children’s needs require legal guardian approval, such as educational matters which cannot be taken care of directly by the child because they are still not old enough.
So, Aji previously stated that this step was taken purely for administrative purposes.He said this would be safer for the smooth running of his children’s needs.
Aji Darmaji is the husband from Mpok Alpa’s second marriage.The presenter, whose full name is Nina Carolina, was previously married at a very young age and ended in divorce after five years.
He then married Aji Darmaji in 2018 and was blessed with four children, including twins who were born in October 2024 or about 10 months before Mpok Alpa died.
Mpok Alpa was announced dead on Friday (15/8) or when he was 38 years old.The sad news was confirmed directly by Raffi Ahmad and Irfan Hakim in the FYP Trans7 live broadcast.
He died after years of trying to fight cancer which had been hidden from the public.His assistant, Tika, revealed that Mpok Alpa had been diagnosed with cancer when her second child was four months pregnant.
