Spanish League standings

In that match Madrid trailed 0-1 to Girona through Azzedine Onuahi’s goal in the 45th minute.Los Blancos were only able to equalize thanks to Kylian Mbappe’s penalty goal in the 67th minute.
The draw remained until the match was over.With the addition of one point, Madrid failed to take over the top of the standings which Barcelona took over one day earlier.

Barcelona surged to the top of the La Liga standings after crushing Alaves 3-1 at the recently renovated Camp Nou.
With the win over Alaves, the Blaugrana are now temporarily one point ahead of Madrid who have dropped to second place.Even so, both Barcelona and Madrid remain under threat from Villarreal, who have 32 points in third place.
Atletico Madrid also joined in the race for the Spanish League title this season after collecting 31 points.
The draw against Madrid has not made Girona leave the relegation zone.Girona but in 18th position with 12 points.
La Liga competition is hot not only at the top, but also at the bottom.Girona, who is at the start of the red zone, is only one point behind Real Mallorca, who is ranked 15th.
