U-23 Indonesian National Team
strengthened by six front players for the 2025 SEA Games. The following is the report card of the six front players for the U-23 National Team.
Coach Indra Sjafri chose Hokky Caraka, Rafael Struick, Jens Raven, Rahmat Arjuna, Marselino Ferdinan and Mauro Zijlstra to fill the front line.Meanwhile, Wigi Pratama and Ricky Pratama were not selected on the list of 23 players.
The six front players for the U-23 National Team have something in common.They are said to be not very sharp with their respective clubs.

Zijlstra is the player with the best goal record.The 21 year old striker has scored three goals.
However, the three goals were not scored with the first team.Zijlstra did it with Volendam U-21.
Hokky and Struick have only scored one goal each on the Super League stage.Meanwhile, Jens Raven, Rahmat Arjuna and Marselino Ferdinan have not scored a goal at the club.
This can certainly trigger concerns about the Indonesian U-23 National Team’s lack of goals at the 2025 SEA Games. However, if we refer to the results of the last trial against Mali, these doubts can be somewhat dismissed.
Zijlstra and Struick each scored one goal in a 2-2 draw against Mali, 18 November.
The Indonesian U-23 national team is in Group C with Myanmar and the Philippines at the 2025 SEA Games. Indonesia will face the Philippines in the first match, 8 December.
