PT Daidan Utama, the insurance brokerage company where Anita worked, announced Anita’s dismissal via the official Instagram account @daidanutama on Thursday (27/11).
Management claims to have carried out an investigation process regarding the case of the disappearance of Anita’s Tumbler on KRL which resulted in the dismissal of KAI officers.As a result, they terminated Anita’s employment (PHK).

“We hereby wish to inform you that as of November 27 2025 the person concerned will no longer work at our company,” wrote Daidan management.
Daidan Utama took the step of dismissal on the pretext that Anita’s attitude was deemed not to be in accordance with the values and work culture adopted by the company.
“The actions described as being carried out by our employees are actions that do not represent the values and work culture of our company as a whole,” the company added.
Daidan Utama is also concerned about the termination of employment (PHK) experienced by KAI officers because of Anita’s story.
“We are also concerned about the termination of employment experienced by the employees of this public transportation company, and really appreciate every act of empathy and solidarity related to this case,” concluded Daidan Utama.
Anita’s husband’s workplace also opens his voice
The fate of Anita Dewi’s husband, Alvin Harris, was also affected.On social media, netizens urged Roemah Koffie to fire Alvin.
Roemah Koffie finally opened her voice in response to the viral case of the disappearance of Tuku Anita’s tumbler on the KRL which also involved Alvin, who is an employee of the coffee shop.Management stated that it was communicating and reconciling with the parties affected by the case.

The excitement about the issue of KRL officers being fired started from a post by a KRL user named Anita who admitted that she had lost her Tuku tumbler via the Threads account @anitadwdl.
He wrote down the chronology of the loss of the Tuku tumbler and accused the officers of being irresponsible.Anita admitted that she forgot and left her bag on the Commuter Line train on the Tanah Abang-Rangkasbitung route.After reporting to security officers at Rawa Buntu Station, her bag was found in the women’s carriage.
The officer sent a photo of the condition of the bag and its contents, including the Tuku tumbler in question.Due to procedural matters, the bag must be picked up at Rangkasbitung Station.
When Anita picked up the bag the next day with her husband, the Tuku tumbler was gone.He also wrote about his disappointment over the KRL officers’ negligence which ultimately ended up going viral.
On the other hand, a KRL officer named Argi clarified via Threads that he received the bag from another officer and placed it in the guard room because the station was busy.He admitted that he did not have time to check the contents of the bag.
Argi has also taken the initiative to offer to replace Tuku’s tumbler, but Anita and her husband refused and continued to take this case to social media.
In a message sent to Anita’s husband, Argi revealed that he was not the perpetrator who took the tumbler and was devastated because his only source of income disappeared after the upload went viral.
After receiving criticism because KAI officers were fired, Anita and Alvin appeared to the public via a video uploaded to Instagram to apologize on Thursday (27/11) evening.
“I’m Alvin, I’m Anita. In recent days, a lot of news has been circulating and developing on social media regarding our actions, so this video we made,” said the husband and wife couple after their Instagram was again open to the public.
“We apologize profusely, especially to Brother Argi and all related parties who were affected and harmed by our words and actions.”
In the apology, they admitted that they were not wise in their behavior, which had an impact on many people.The husband and wife then apologized again with Anita’s face downcast.
“We are very aware that responding to this incident is very unwise and will hurt the feelings of many people out there,” said Anita.
