tax evader
as of November 24, 2025.
Director General of Taxes Bimo Wijayanto said this figure came from 106 tax evaders out of a total of 201 evaders with total arrears of IDR 20 trillion.

“Yesterday’s update on 201 Taxpayers, the target was IDR 20 trillion by the end of December 2025. Thank God, we were able to disburse IDR 11.99 trillion,” said Bimo in

in Denpasar, Bali, Tuesday (25/11).
Bimo said that some of the tax arrears were more than 10 years old.In fact, there are tax evaders whose whereabouts can no longer be traced because they are no longer in Indonesia.
“Based on the BPK audit, it was proposed to be deleted,” said Bimo.
Bimo said that his party would pursue tax evaders who still have activities in Indonesia and whose business entities are still active.
“Even if not, for example the old business entity was dissolved, but we can detect him moving to a new business entity. So his assets can still be detected too,” said Bimo.
