Two month old baby involved in
accident
Train (KA) 161 Bangunkarta and several motorized vehicles in Prambanan,

, DIY was reported to have died early last month.
So, the total number of fatalities in the accident that occurred at the level crossing between Brambanan-Maguwo Station, Prambanan, Sleman, DIY, last Tuesday (4/11) is now four people.
Prambanan Police Chief, Commissioner Dede Setiyarto, said that the two-month-old baby died last Tuesday (11/11).He is one of the children of the car driver who survived and was injured in the last accident.

“We don’t know exactly why he died, we received information from RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten,” said Dede, Thursday (13/11).
Separately, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for the Sleman Police, AKP Mateus Wiwit Kustiyadi, said that the investigation into the accident case was still ongoing together with PT KAI officials.
Wiwit said that so far the police are still trying to determine the cause of this accident.However, the results of the interim inspection showed that the door latch during the closing process was blocked by a passing truck.
In order to unravel the chronology of the incident, the police also searched for surveillance camera or CCTV footage around the location.
The problem is, the surveillance camera closest to the crime scene does not record the location of the incident directly.Therefore, the police will still look for additional clues, both from statements from citizen witnesses and amateur video recordings.
“We can’t yet draw a conclusion whether it was the fault of the bar guard, a technical error or the rider,” said Wiwit.
KA 161 Bangunkarta had an accident or was damaged by at least two motorbikes and a Toyota Calya at the level crossing between Brambanan-Maguwo Station, Prambanan, Sleman, DIY, Tuesday (4/11).
Three people died after the incident.All of them are motorbike riders.Four people consisting of a Toyota Calya driver and three passengers were treated in hospital.
