, Nova Arianto admitted that the experience at the 2025 U-17 World Cup was something extraordinary for him and the players.
The Garuda Asia team has completed three matches in the group phase.They suffered two defeats against Zambia and Brazil, then beat Honduras 2-1 in the final match of Group H, Monday (10/11).
This victory became a new piece of history for the U-17 National Team because it was the first time they won a match at the U-17 World Cup.

“[The experience] is truly extraordinary, because this is the biggest event at their age level. I think this is an extraordinary learning experience for the players and also for me as a coach,” said Nova, quoted from the official website.

“I learned a lot from this situation and hopefully we can be even better in the future,” he continued.
Nova is also grateful for being able to help the U-17 Indonesian National Team make history.This is a surge in achievement because in the 2023 U-17 World Cup, the U-17 National Team recorded two draws and one defeat.
“I am grateful that they were able to make a new history, how we were able to win the World Cup event,” he said.
The victory over Honduras meant that the U-17 Indonesian National Team ended the group phase in third place in the standings.The Garuda Asia team is below Brazil and Zambia.
