The Indonesian women’s archery sport succeeded in presenting a gold medal for Indonesia from the women’s compound team event at the 2025 SEA Games, Thursday (18/12).This is the 74th gold medal for Indonesia.
Previously, another Indonesian contingent succeeded in increasing its gold medal tally to 73 after Red and White athletes Eva Desiana, Zahra Bulan Aprilia Putri and Martina Ayu Pratiwi became champions in the women’s duathlon relay at the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand, on Thursday (18/12) morning.
Indonesia is currently still in second place with 74 gold medals.

This additional gold brings Indonesia closer to achieving the government’s target of 80 gold medals.Indonesia only needs six more gold medals to achieve its target.
In Wednesday’s match (17/12), the Indonesian contingent managed to add 10 gold medals, 13 silver medals and 22 bronze medals.
The 10 gold medals were presented by the Indonesian contingent, each from rowing (1 gold), pencak silat (3 gold), archery (4 gold), wrestling (1 gold), and equestrian (1 gold).
However, Indonesia’s position in second place is now threatened by Vietnam, which is in third place in the SEA Games medal standings.
However, Thursday (18/12), the Indonesian contingent has the potential to meet its target of winning a gold medal at the 2025 SEA Games.
The target set by the government for the Indonesian contingent in the 2025 SEA Games is 80 gold medals.With this number, the top three positions are expected to be locked.
The number of Indonesian contingents who went to Thailand was 1,021 athletes.The Indonesian contingent appeared in 48 sports out of a total of 51 competitions.
