AKBP Bayu said that at the beginning of handling the case, the police involved professional assistants to ensure that the child’s condition and rights were maintained during the legal process.

Regarding the number of witnesses who have been questioned, AKBP Bayu is not yet willing to reveal it.He emphasized that the police were careful not to be mistaken in concluding the existing facts.

Meanwhile, the results of the autopsy on the victim have not been announced to the public.According to AKBP Bayu, the entire series of investigations is still ongoing and will be conveyed once everything is clear and complete.

It is known that a 12 year old female student with the initials A is suspected of stabbing FS, none other than her biological mother, to death at their home in Medan Sunggal District, Medan City, North Sumatra.
Head of Environment V, Tanjung Rejo Village, Medan Sunggal District, Tono, said the tragic incident occurred on Wednesday (10/12).He said that he first received the information in the morning after Fajr prayers.
“The perpetrator (allegedly) is his own biological son, 12 years old. I got the information around after dawn,” said Tono, Thursday (11/12).
According to Tono, the incident started when the victim was sleeping with his two daughters in a room on the first floor.Meanwhile her husband was on the second floor.
“Then his big son suddenly shouted for his father. After that his father went down to the first floor and it turned out that his wife was lying covered in blood,” he said.
Then his father called an ambulance.When examined, the victim was dead.Then Medan Sunggal Police officers came to the location to carry out a crime scene investigation.
“His father called an ambulance, it turned out that his wife was dead. Then he asked me for help to contact the police. Not long after, the police came to investigate the crime scene,” he explained.
Tono said that from the victim’s husband’s confession, the day before the victim had scolded his first daughter.This incident allegedly offended A.
“From his father’s statement, this victim had scolded his first daughter. So maybe his sister was offended. Her husband kept crying, couldn’t talk much,” said Tono.
He added that the Medan Police Inafis Team had also carried out the crime scene investigation.The victim’s body was evacuated to Bhayangkara Hospital in Medan at 08.15 WIB for an autopsy.
“When I entered their house, the victim was covered in blood. So I don’t know how many stab wounds there were. The child has also been taken to the police station,” he explained.
