Raisa’s attorney, Putra Lubis, said that although the agenda for the due process was still evidence, the panel of judges confirmed that the case decision would be announced via e-court.

Putra then explained that the potential verstek decision still depended on Hamish Daud as the defendant.If he is again absent, the decision will be final.
According to Putra, now they are only following the decision of the South Jakarta PA Panel of Judges regarding changes to the trial process agenda.They only submitted additional evidence today.If they feel that is sufficient, they submit their decision to the Panel of Judges.
“Then if according to the Assembly the agenda has been completed, that means the Assembly is the one who determines whether the decision is made or not. Well, it was announced today that if the decision is made, the decision will be uploaded later,” said Putra.
Raisa’s divorce process took place more quickly with the singer’s participation on December 1 2025, while Hamish Daud was never present during the trial.That way, the divorce decision can occur in a legal manner.
Verstek divorce is a divorce decision issued by the Religious Court when the Defendant never comes to answer the court summons even though he has been properly summoned, while the Plaintiff is present.
Raisa officially filed for divorce from Hamish Daud on October 22 2025, after they had been married for eight years or since September 2017.
Raisa Andriana married actor Hamish Daud on September 3 2017 at the Ayana Midplaza Hotel, Jakarta.Then in February 2019, they were blessed with a female child.
