“(The suspect was charged with) Articles 187,188, 359 of the Criminal Code,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for Central Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Roby Saputra to reporters, Thursday (11/12).
Roby said that currently only one person has been named a suspect in the deadly fire incident.However, he said, he confirmed that he was still carrying out a series of investigations regarding the incident.

He said that currently MW is still undergoing a series of examinations as a suspect and will then be detained.
“He will be detained for 1 x 24 hours,” said Roby.
A fire broke out at the Terra Drone Building located in Cempaka Baru, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta (Jakpus) on Tuesday (9/12) afternoon.The fire is thought to have started from a drone battery that caught fire on the 1st floor of the building.
“From the information above, it’s only temporary because the battery, yes, the battery from the drone caught fire. However, because of the fire, currently the laboratory team is still working,” said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Susatyo Purnomo Condro to reporters, Tuesday.
This unfortunate incident caused 22 people to die.On Wednesday (10/12), the Kramat Jati Police Hospital succeeded in identifying all the victims.
