“There’s no problem, it’s a process. It’s called a process because there may be people who report it, people who make or consider it a complaint, etc., go ahead. Yes, just proceed,” said Setyo after the “Launching and Workshop e-Learning Integrity Ranger” agenda in the Sultan Agung Room of the Vredeburg Museum, Yogyakarta City, Monday (8/12).
Setyo believes that the KPK Council will work professionally in handling every complaint or report.

“We will also respond according to what is the responsibility of the investigators. We will just wait for the results,” he said.
The KPK Council previously questioned the ranks of KPK investigators and prosecutors to investigate allegations of reluctance to summon North Sumatra Governor Bobby Nasution in handling cases of alleged corruption related to road construction projects.
The report on the alleged ethical violation was made by an organization called KAMI.
KAMI Coordinator Yusril said that many media outlets had published allegations of Bobby’s involvement.Therefore, he asked the Corruption Eradication Commission to carry out a thorough internal evaluation and audit.
Meanwhile, KAMI Secretary Usman added that the KPK should have summoned Bobby.However, this was never done.
Meanwhile, in the trial that took place at the Medan Corruption Court some time ago, Khamozaro Waruwu, as chairman of the panel of judges handling the alleged bribery case for the road project, asked the KPK Public Prosecutor (JPU) to bring Bobby to trial.However, this request was ignored.
