fulfill the investigator’s summons
Corruption Eradication Commission
to be examined as a witness in the alleged corruption case in advertising procurement at the West Java and Banten Regional Development Bank (Bank BJB), Tuesday (2/12).
RK, who was also accompanied by his team of lawyers, arrived at the KPK office at around 10.40 WIB.He admitted that he was happy to be able to convey a number of things he knew to investigators.
He also said this was a form of responsibility as a former public official.

“In essence, today I give the highest sense of respect for the supremacy of law, that’s why I came in the context of transparency and also to provide accountability obligations as a former public official,” said RK at the KPK’s Red and White Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (2/12).
“And I’m actually happy because I’ve been waiting to provide clarification. Without clarification, the perception is wild, something like that and of course tends to be detrimental,” he added.
RK couldn’t say much and promised to convey other information after the examination was completed.
“Hopefully, after clarification, I will convey more or less what it is like to the media, but the point is that I am ready and support the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in providing as much information as possible regarding what is happening at Bank BJB,” he said.
This is the first time RK has been summoned to be questioned as a witness after his residence was searched on March 10 2025.
In the ongoing process and related to the RK, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined the Instagram celebrity Lisa Mariana Presley Zulkandar and Candidate for Deputy Governor of West Java 2024-2029 Ilham Akbar Habibie.
Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Committee, Asep Guntur Rahayu, explained that investigators are currently still collecting evidence.
“We want to have a lot of evidence and information that we collect, and we will ask the person concerned (Ridwan Kamil, ed.). So, nothing will be left behind. Hopefully,” said Asep on Thursday, September 25 2025.
So far there have been five suspects named by the KPK.
They are former President Director of Bank BJBÂ Yuddy Renaldi;Head of Corporate Secretary Division bank bjb Widi Hartoto;Antedja Muliatama Agency Controller and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Kin Asikin Dulmanan;BSC Advertising Agency Controller and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspres (WSBE) Suhendrik;and Controller of PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma.
The suspects have not been detained but have been prevented from traveling abroad.
They are suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 or Article 3 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor).
According to the Corruption Eradication Commission’s findings, it is suspected that there were unlawful acts in procuring advertising placements in a number of mass media which resulted in state losses reaching IDR 222 billion.
