“When seen from the external post-mortem, because the family did not wish to carry out an autopsy, an external post-mortem was carried out, these were injuries or blows from blunt objects, meaning the hands were empty, no other dangerous items were used,” said Bhudi at Polda Metro Jaya, Saturday (13/12).
The six members are Brigadier IAM, Bripda JLA, Bripda RGW, Bripda IAB, Bripda BN and Bripda AM.
They have been named as suspects charged under Article 170 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code.The six of them will also undergo a code of ethics trial next week.
Karo Penmas, National Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, previously stated that the actions of the six members fell into the category of serious violations.
“Based on Article 17 paragraph 3 of Perpol Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the National Police Code of Ethics Commission, actions that are carried out deliberately and involve personal or other party interests, and have an impact on society, institutions and/or the state that give rise to legal consequences, the actions of the six alleged violators fall into the category of serious violations,” said Trunoyudo.
